All we need to know to be able to provide an accurate quote is the volume needed, the branding required and any extra details such as a deadline or multiple delivery addresses. From this, we will then be able to provide you with a personalised written quote.
What if I just don’t know what I want?
Of course, there are times when you need merchandise, but you are not too sure what you want………. The good news is, this is where we thrive! If you can give us an outlined brief (it doesn’t matter how vague) on what the merchandise is being used for, a budget and timescale then we can use how vast experience to come up with some ideas and suggestions for you. Even if we don’t get it right 1st time, it may help spark and idea from you which we can then explore.
How should I supply my artwork file?
Where possible please supply your artwork file as an illustrator eps file, Ai file or a high-resolution PDF. This means that your logo will be replicated in the best possible way on the product. If you don’t have this file, we can take a look at what you do have a discuss the options of redrawing this to turn it into a useable file. Also if you have specific colours used in your brand, then we would need to know the Pantone references to ensure they are printed in the correct colour.
What does CMYK mean?
CMYK is an acronym for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black and is the term used when printing in full colour as the process involves mixing these colours together to create the colours on the document.
Is it possible to see plain samples prior to order?
Yes, this is possible to be done free of charge on most of our range. For any higher value items there may be a charge, but we would advise of this before sending the sample.
Will I see what my logo looks like on the product before printing?
Yes, on every single order we will send you a PDF proof of your logo on the selected products in the colourways requested for you to check and sign off prior to production starting.
What are the lead times of your products?
Due to the bespoke nature of the items along with the various different branding techniques, lead times vary product to product. We can offer products that can be turned around in a few days and some items can take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke made items from China would be approximately 14 weeks. Each quote will state the lead time for the product and if you do have a specific deadline please speak to us.
